Parcel opening video is must
If You have any doubts regarding parcel, please make a video or opening parcels received so that we can understand that it was genuine defect and get it replaced or refund.
No complaints will be entertain for refund ,damage or missing if opening video of the parcel is not shared.
You will have 3 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item.
Customer needs to return the items via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
Refund requests will be processed within 2 working days after receiving the return products.
All returns should be sent to our address.
